- Google account identifier (via Google Sign-In)
Your content
- Tasks, projects, areas, and contexts
- Dates, notes, and related metadata
- Calendar-related data from Google Calendar, which is automatically connected when you sign in
Technical data
- Basic logs for debugging and reliability
- Device or browser information required for sync and security
We do not collect data we don’t need.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to:
- Authenticate you
- Sync your information across devices
- Keep the app working reliably
- Improve stability and performance
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Google and third-party services
The app relies on Google services as part of its core functionality:
- Google Sign-In is used for authentication
- Google Calendar access is requested during the Google OAuth consent process and is used only to create, update, and synchronize events managed by the user inside the app.
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features of the app. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or resale.
We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party.
Google user data is used exclusively to connect and synchronize your Google Calendar inside the app.
Use of Google user data follows Google’s Limited Use requirements.
Third-Party Service Providers
To operate the application securely and reliably, we may use third-party infrastructure providers such as cloud hosting, database, monitoring, and storage services.
These providers may process Google user data only as necessary to provide infrastructure services on our behalf.
They are not permitted to use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any independent commercial purpose.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
Google user data may be processed by trusted infrastructure and hosting providers strictly for the purpose of operating the application, including:
- cloud hosting providers,
- database providers,
- secure infrastructure services,
- monitoring and logging providers.
These providers act solely as data processors on our behalf and are contractually or technically restricted from using the data for any independent purpose.
We do not transfer Google user data to external parties except:
- when required by applicable law,
- to protect the security and integrity of the service,
- or when explicitly requested by the user.
All use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
User control over Google data
Google Calendar integration is part of the core functionality of the app.
You remain in control of how calendar data is used inside the app.
You can stop using the app at any time if you no longer wish to use this integration.
Data storage and security
- Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure
- Data is encrypted in transit
- Access is limited to what is required to operate the service
No system is perfect, but reasonable steps are taken to protect your information.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Private Chaos adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You can:
- Access your data inside the app
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
At this stage, data export is not supported.
